The Situation in Southwest Cameroon
Southwest Cameroon is currently grappling with a sociopolitical and humanitarian crisis stemming from longstanding tensions between the Anglophone and Francophone regions of the country.
This conflict, often referred to as the Anglophone Crisis, has escalated into violence, displacing hundreds of thousands of people and disrupting essential services such as education, healthcare, and infrastructure.
The region has seen widespread insecurity, with schools shut down, villages destroyed, and families forced to flee their homes.
