Licalla is committed to empowering women and girls by providing them with the tools and resources they need to build brighter futures.

Through Mentoring, hands-on training in practical skills, entrepreneurship, and financial literacy, we aim to break the cycle of poverty and create a world where women and girls are valued, educated, and economically independent.

Licalla is a community‑driven organization founded by three marginalized people who recognized the urgent need to address the unique challenges faced by marginalized people across every facet of life.

What began as a conversation among friends;  sharing the stories they rarely said out loud  has grown into a powerful network that connects, supports, and empowers marginalized girls and women to thrive.

Our mission is to cultivate brilliance by fostering solidarity, amplifying voices, and advocating for equity across workplaces, communities, and beyond.
